Got the Adafruit PiTFT Working

Woohoo, got the Adafruit PiTFT working on our Raspberry Pis.

What would be the best way to display content on the screen? Develop a simple python GUI app?

Is there a way to render a fullscreen HTML page directly to the screen, or is there an easier way to do this?
